Three more AcouSome innovations listed in the EC’s Innovation Radar

We are proud to announce that, as a result of last March’s review meeting, the European Commission has included three more AcouSome innovations in the Innovation Radar.

This is an important recognition of the scientific work that the AcouSome consortium is carrying out and that, we hope, will bear fruit in the coming months.

Specifically, the innovations concern:

– Technology for the separation of plasma from whole blood with a low platelet count
– Upscaled cell and exosome trapping
– Method to move cells using an optimized sound frequency

The maturity of the three innovations has been judged “Market ready” by the Commission and the key innovators are AcouSort and Lund University.
